RENTAL

Rental agreements are made directly with the owner. Please send an email or call for details. The chalet is only rented by the week, usually from Saturday to Saturday.

CONTRACT

The owner issues a rental contract. The reservation is considered final once the contract is signed by both contracting parties and a deposit of CHF 1000 is paid.

RENT

Winter season (Dec 17 – Apr 22) CHF 230.-- per night

Summer season (Apr 22 – Dec 16) CHF 200.-- per night

Bed linen: Guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels, including kitchen towels. The owner can only provide these in an emergency, against compensation.

Current municipal tourist tax: CHF 3.-- per adult, per day CHF 1.-- per child over 6 years of age, per day

Hot water, heating, firewood, and electricity are included in the rent.

Final cleaning is the guests' responsibility. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find anyone to clean the house between rentals.

WiFi is included, and there is mobile phone reception in the chalet.
